HOW IT WORK'S - Embroidery Details:
First, to help you understand how our embroidery services work we have outlined some points to note below: CLICK HERE TO REVIEW.
- In order to process embroidery on a stitching machine a standard .dst file is required. For most boat name "digitization" (.dst file design) IBG charges a standard one time $65-$85.00 embroidery setup fee depending on complexity. If an embroidery file (.dst file) is supplied, a "digitization" fee will NOT apply.
- A minimum of 12 items is required for embroidery orders. Each different item may have an individual setup fee associated with it for size or location changes.
- Embroidery has superior durability as opposed to standard image transfer methods.
- If you plan on ordering embroidery, it is a good idea to advise your IBG representative prior to boat name design.
- Existing boat name designs can be digitized. If only a photo of the existing design is available, you will need a boat name digital re-creation and may want to consider the IBG boat name design process.
- Turn around time is typically 10days from the initial order placement.
- Although many unique thread colours and colour variations are available, not every colour and colour combination can be accommodated. With this being said, an IBG representative will be happy to explore your options and provide a thread sample guide for viewing. Once you have had an opportunity to review you will see that there are many unique and classy threads, such a metallic, pascal and vivid colour.
- Custom & specialty request can be accommodated. In some cases we will simply ask you to send us your seat cover, favorite boating jacket or unique garments, and we will take care of the rest from there.
